Si Nonna’s, a sourdough pizza chain in India, has announced plans to double its footprint across the country, as reported by The Economic Times.

The brand, which started with a single outlet in Lower Parel, Mumbai, in 2022, now operates 22 locations in seven cities.

The chain has strategically positioned its outlets in cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Bengalur and Surat, as well as targeting new spots in Delhi, Indore and Ahmedabad.

It has six outlets in Mumbai which include Fun Republic, Inorbit Mall Vashi and Jio World Plaza. The seven in Pune include FC Road Tribeca Highstreet NIBM and Westend Centre Aundh,

The four Bengaluru outlets include Brigade Cornerstone Utopia and Koramangala, while the two in Surat are at IBC Piplod and VIP Road.

Si Nonna’s founder Ayush Jatia stated: “Our vision has always been to bring an authentic Neapolitan sourdough pizza experience to India. The response has been phenomenal, and our expansion is a reflection of the love and trust our customers have shown us. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality while continuing to grow in key markets across the country.”

Si Nonna’s menu also includes salads, starters, panuozzos [a sandwich made with stuffed pizza bread], beverages and desserts.

Its entry to new regional markets indicates its growth strategy.

The brand’s interactive pizza workshops showcase its passion for Neapolitan pizza culture, positioning Si Nonna’s as a community-centric dining destination.
