Si Nonna’s, a restaurant chain offering Neapolitan pizzas, has announced the opening of three new outlets at Marks Square, Koramangala and Utopia in the city of Bangalore, India.
The chain’s menu features its signature sourdough pizza, which undergoes a 48-hour fermentation process – a method inspired by Nonna Galliano’s mother’s dough recipe in Naples.
Offering a variety of toppings, from classic vegetarian to vegan options, chicken and pork, Si Nonna’s caters to a wide range of tastes.
The menu also offers panuozzos [Italian pizza-bread sandwiches] such as mushroom and bell pepper with pesto, a range of salads, fried snacks and sides, Si Nonna’s coolers and assorted iced teas.
For dessert there is Tiramisu, Affogato and gelatos including Sicilian pistachio and Belgian Dark Chocolate.
Following the success of its initial Bangalore location in JP Nagar, Si Nonna’s has brought its signature pizzas to three more neighbourhoods of the city, replicating the quality and authenticity which have made it well-known in Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Delhi and Surat.
