US-based vegan restaurant chain Slutty Vegan and Bar Vegan have entered a partnership with Chunk Foods to unveil two new plant-based menu items for summer 2024.
The first is a vegan pulled brisket sandwich named “The Big Meat”, which will be available at select Slutty Vegan locations in Atlanta, New York City and Dallas.
The second is a four-ounce meatless steak-style entrée, accompanied by two sides.
This dish will be featured at the original Bar Vegan in Atlanta and at its newly opened branch in Lawrenceville, in the suburban area of Atlanta.
Chunk Foods offers plant-based whole cuts made using natural ingredients such as cultured, non-genetically modified soy and wheat, beet juice and coconut oil.
The new menu items will be available as limited-time offerings from July until September.
