Sodexo Campus has announced plans to launch the One & All offering, a new campus dining concept, across various university dining halls in the US in March 2025.
The company plans to have more than 50 halls featuring the concept by the autumn of 2025, and 150 by autumn 2026.
The One & All offering provides students with chef-prepared meals with menus catering to a range of dietary needs while allowing for personalisation.
The initiative also aims to create dynamic spaces with flexible seating and adaptable layouts, conducive to both individual relaxation and social gatherings.
The concept will offer live chef demonstrations in collaboration with the James Beard Foundation, themed events and student-led initiatives.
Sodexo Campus operates on more than 400 education sites across the US.
The company recently introduced Food Hive, a community-focused dining concept that supports local businesses, including minority and women-owned enterprises.
Sodexo Campus chief marketing officer Drew Nannis stated: “Dining is not just about nourishment — it’s where conversations spark, communities form and lifelong memories are created.
“Our teams on campus are in a unique position to drive that engagement. With One & All, we combine a wide variety of food choices with customisation in the dining environment to deliver a welcome and comfortable community experience. We bring together chefs who create fresh, flavourful meals every day, and spaces where there is something for all to create a genuine sense of belonging.”
In April 2024, Sodexo partnered with Automated Retail Technologies (ART) to introduce thousands of hot food robotic kiosks across its facilities in the US.
The Just Baked Smart Bistro kiosks are capable of producing a variety of food items such as giant cinnamon rolls, bao buns and breakfast sandwiches at the touch of a button.
