SSP America, a division of UK-based food service company SSP Group, has secured a contract from Colorado Springs Airport (COS) to develop a portfolio of nine concepts.
The line-up will feature cuisines from the culinary landscape of Colorado.
The restaurant brand’s line-up includes Drifter’s Hamburgers, Atrevida Beer Co, Camden Food Co, Colorado Craft, Mi Casa Cantina, Peet’s, Pizzeria Rustica, Street Eats by Chef Brother Luck and Einstein Bros Bagels and Einstein Bros Express.
Drifter’s Hamburgers will offer hamburgers, fries, salads, milkshakes, breakfast burritos and “cracked egg” handheld breakfast sandwiches.
Atrevida is a local craft brewer that will offer travellers a selection of the brewery’s draft beers and a full bar.
Camden Food is a quick service market concept that will serve travellers fresh salads, artisan wraps, sandwiches and snacks with plenty of healthy options.

Einstein Bros Bagels and Einstein Bros Express will offer guests bagels, made-to-order hot breakfast, lunch sandwiches, brewed Breakfast Blend Coffees, sweet cream cold brews and cold brew shakes.
Mi Casa Cantina is a Mexican cantina featuring an all-day menu while Pizzeria Rustica will serve Neapolitan-style pizza, fresh salads and Italian desserts.
Peet’s menu will include gourmet sandwiches, salads and a wide range of fresh grab-and-go items, which it claims have been customised specifically to the COS location.
The Street Eats by Chef Brother Luck is a full service restaurant and bar and will offer passengers chef-driven plates, including the Beat Bobby Flay Sliders and the Bacon Jam Burger.
The restaurant development is said to be one of the key components of the Airport’s Concourse Modernisation project.
