Starbucks Peru, operated by the licensed business partner Delosi, has opened its first store in Iquitos, Loreto — a key port city and entry point to Peru’s Amazon region.

Located in Mall Aventura Iquitos in the San Juan district, the store represents the brand’s initial venture into the eastern part of the country.

The move is part of Starbucks’ strategy for sustainable growth in Peru, featuring a range of popular coffee beverages, sandwiches and desserts.

The opening in Iquitos follows recent expansions in Juliaca and Puno, marking a strategic step in Starbucks’ growth plan.

The Iquitos location adheres to strict environmental standards to reduce carbon emissions, water use and waste.
