
Fast-food restaurant company Subway has introduced a new Hot Honey sauce for its sandwiches, wraps and salads.
The Hot Honey sauce is a blend of honey, cayenne and habanero peppers powder with garlic, onion and cloves. It is available to add to any Subway menu item at no extra cost.
Two new sandwiches feature the sauce: the Hot Honey Pepperoni sub which contains pepperoni, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes and red onions on toasted artisan Italian bread, and the Hot Honey Chicken sub with rotisserie-style chicken, Monterey Cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes and red onions on Artisan Italian bread and a mix of the Hot Honey sauce and sriracha, finished with Subway’s exclusive crispy sandwich topping, SubKrunch.

Subway culinary and innovation senior vice-president Paul Fabre stated: “Subway’s signature sauces have become as popular as the footlong itself, elevating our freshly sliced meats and vegetables with bold and beloved flavours […] We’re putting a Subway twist on a hot culinary trend, combining sweet honey with hot pepper and a savoury blend of spices.”

Every Thursday, customers can enjoy a six-inch Hot Honey Pepperoni with a side and a drink at this special price, with the option to upgrade to a footlong for $9.99.
Subway has also introduced Celsius Sparkling Orange, a refreshing beverage.
In early 2025, the brand collaborated with OREO to create the OREO Footlong Cookie, a warm dessert option featuring chocolate cookie dough and OREO pieces, favailalbe for a limited period.
