American sushi bar brand Sushi Song is set to enhance its presence in South Florida with the opening of its 11th location at Marina Village on Fort Lauderdale Beach.

The new outlet will open on 5 September 2024 and will focus on providing quick service, quality, and freshness, according to the company.

The restaurant brand noted that Marina Village is a key component of the $1bn master development plan at Bahia Mar, aiming to transform Fort Lauderdale’s dining and entertainment landscape.

The $16m project combines contemporary architecture with coastal elements to create an entertainment hub by the Intracoastal Waterway and Fort Lauderdale Beach.

The new Sushi Song venue will join The Promenade at Marina Village, a waterfront location housing eight culinary kiosks.

This addition is expected to enhance the variety of dining options available to visitors, complementing existing eateries like Taco Vibez, Blue Steel Pizza Co., and Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls.

Sushi Song’s expansion reflects the brand’s strategy to grow the brand’s footprint across the region.
