Quick service sushi roll restaurant SushiDog is set to expand its UK store footprint by opening two new locations in London, according to a report by The Caterer.

The first store is scheduled to open on Baker Street on 29 August while the second location will open at the end of next month at the Strand.

Both SushiDog venues will offer guests a wide array of Asian-inspired salads, signature sushi rolls and bowls, including teriyaki chicken roll and the yuzu truffle tuna salad.

By 2024, the brand reportedly plans to open more stores in the region, with a target of four additional new locations.

Established by Nick Goldstein and Greg Ilsen in 2017, SushiDog started as a kiosk at Westfield London Shepherd’s Bush in May 2018.

The first brick-and-mortar SushiDog restaurant outlet was opened in 2020 at Covent Garden.
