Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is expanding its footprint in the US with its inaugural outlet in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The new location, the brand’s first entry into the Arizona market, will open in the autumn of 2024.
Located at 15147 N Scottsdale Rd, Suite 133 in the Scottsdale Quarter shopping centre, the restaurant will commence construction in June.
It will join a selection of speciality shops and gourmet eateries housed in the market-exclusive shopping centre.
The expansion is being driven by partners John and Sue Gilbert, who have a history of successful franchising ventures.
The Gilberts began their franchising journey with Nothing Bundt Cakes in North Carolina in 2015 and were looking to expand their ownership portfolio when they chose Sweet Paris.

By GlobalDataThey stated: “We are thrilled to open the doors at Scottsdale Quarter this fall and bring a taste of Paris to Phoenix. In bringing a unique concept like Sweet Paris to the area, we knew we needed to find a space that could showcase it properly, and we’ve found it. We fell in love with the potential and promise of the city and the space.”
Sweet Paris is known for its sweet and savoury crêpes, waffles, hot drinks and salads.
The company operates 16 locations across Texas, Minnesota, Florida and Mexico.
The Gilberts plan to develop the brand’s presence in the region over the next three years, and open a second location in 2025.
Sweet Paris is seeking partnerships with qualified individuals interested in multi-unit franchise opportunities.
Sweet Paris co-founder Allison Chavez said: “The Gilberts have chosen a remarkable location for the first Sweet Paris in Arizona, as Scottsdale has some of the best performance in the country for fast-casual restaurant concepts.”
