Global foodservice distribution company Sysco has added seven new products to its Cutting Edge Solutions platform this month.

The seven products are classic brown butter cakes, simply cauliflower pizza crust, portico classic wild Alaska Pollock bites, anchor shelf-stable cooking cream, Frank’s redhot dry seasoning, path of life vegetable rice confetti blend, and Tyson chicken twists.

To date, the Sysco Brand Cutting Edge Solutions has delivered more than one million cases of new products to customers.

The new classic brown butter cakes recipe combines brown butter cake and cream cheese to create a dessert experience.

Sysco simply cauliflower pizza crust is a plant-based, traditional style pizza featuring cauliflower with other ingredients.

Portico classic wild Alaska Pollock bites can be served as a snack, appetiser, topper or a full entrée. Frank’s redhot dry seasoning can be used as an ingredient with fries, dips, salads, and proteins.

Anchor shelf-stable cooking cream can be used with hot and cold menu offerings including in sauces, soups, beverages and toppings.

Path of life vegetable rice confetti blend features riced broccoli, cauliflower, yellow carrots and zucchini.

Tyson chicken twists contain marinated and fully-cooked chicken breast strips. They can be served as an appetiser, small plate, entrée topper or side.

In addition, the company is currently developing new product ideas for Cutting Edge Solutions platform and plans to launch them in September.
