TableUp has partnered with Cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) provider Epos Now to offer online ordering solutions to restaurant operators.

Epos Now’s customers will be able to use TableUp’s software to process dine-in, takeout and delivery orders online. This is expected to streamline and grow their restaurant operations, as well as allow them to avoid the hidden charges that are often implemented by other online ordering companies.

Restaurants will be able to offer their customers customised experiences through iOS and Android apps, integrate with Epos Now and TableUp’s loyalty module and optimise front-of-house operations.

“TableUp offers our customer base a seamless online ordering platform to greatly increase their reach and access to a wider audience.”

TableUp CEO Matt Zibell said: “Our team is excited to partner with Epos Now and to bring low-cost, seamless online ordering to their customers.

“The integration allows restaurants to provide online ordering without absorbing or passing along the high costs associated with other similar solutions.”

The partnership allows restaurant operators to receive an online version of their menu, which is compatible with desktop or mobile browsers. This system captures data from customers’ orders for marketing purposes.

Epos Now CEO Jacyn Heavens said: “TableUp offers our customer base a seamless online ordering platform to greatly increase their reach and access to a wider audience.

“In an industry where 69% of consumers order online with mobile devices, a fully integrated solution is fundamental to success and growth.”
