Tesco subsidiary Tesco Café has chosen Givex to drive a digital transformation programme in its cafés across the UK.
The latest collaboration comes after the parties successfully ran a pilot programme.
The technology vendor claims that its technology suite will optimise Tesco Cafés’ digital ordering approach and inventory control mechanisms,
It will also augment menu management tools and kitchen automation systems.
Furthermore, the technology platform will streamline the overall functioning of Tesco Cafés by enhancing productivity and customer service.
