Brazilian-American steakhouse Texas de Brazil has expanded its limited-time menu with two new dishes.

The new dishes, BBQ Chicken Drumsticks and Moqueca de Peixe, aim to enhance the dining experience with savoury choices that complement the restaurant’s churrasco offerings.

The new BBQ Chicken Drumsticks are prepared over an open flame and basted with barbecue sauce.

Moqueca de Peixe, Texas de Brazil’s take on a classic Brazilian fish stew, contains fish in coconut milk, seasoned with herbs and spices.

Both dishes reflect the brand’s commitment to delivering a memorable and diverse dining experience that celebrates the flavours and culinary traditions of Brazil.

In September 2024, Texas de Brazil inaugurated its latest establishment within The Kenwood Collection,in Cincinnati, Ohio. This marked the brand’s first venture into Cincinnati.

Texas de Brazil, established in 1998 in Addison, Texas, operates 50 locations across the US, one in Puerto Rico and 10 international locations.

The family-owned business offers grilled meats, a salad area with more than 50 selections, an award-winning wine list and a range of à la carte desserts.
