
American breakfast and lunch chain The Big Biscuit has launched a new menu lineup for its 25th anniversary.
The brand has introduced new offerings such as Chicken Biscuits, Chicken & Waffles, Specialty Grits, Birthday Cake Pancakes and Cherry Beverages.
The Big Biscuit president and co-CEO Chad Offerdahl stated: “Our guests have spoken, and we are answering their cravings with a menu line-up that features several new offerings. We spent 2024 testing and developing ways to bring this menu to life. Driven by what our guests crave, we are thrilled about the balance of new sweet and spicy additions.
“With 2025 marking our 25th anniversary […] this is the perfect way to celebrate a major milestone and treat our loyal guests to exciting new flavours.”
The brand has introduced two new menu items featuring its 24-hour brined, fried-to-order chicken, served in a signature big biscuit and accompanied by a choice of grits or potatoes.
The hand-breaded Nashville Hot Chicken Biscuit is fried and topped with honey and dill pickles.
The Maple Bacon Chicken Biscuit is a hand-breaded fried chicken and bacon accompanied by warm syrup.
Three new dishes join the Classic Chicken & Waffles. The Strawberry Shortcake Chicken & Waffles is a Belgian waffle topped with hand-breaded fried chicken, strawberries and whipped cream, served with powdered sugar.
Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffles and Maple Bacon Chicken & Waffles are also Belgian waffles topped with hand-breaded fried chicken.
Specialty Grits adds a Southern twist to The Big Biscuit’s offerings, served loaded and topped with green peppers, onions and cheddar cheese.
City Grits are garnished with onion, bacon and tomatoes, and Cowboy Grits with jalapeno, chorizo, onion and tomatoes.
The Big Biscuit has also doubled its drink options, introducing the Cranberry Sunrise and a Build-Your-Own drink section.
There are also new cherry-inspired beverages: The Shirley, Cherry Berry Lemonade, Cherry Vanilla Cream Pepsi and Cherry Vanilla Cream Dr Pepper.
