The House of Fio has unveiled its Mediterranean dining concept the Fio Table in Sector 26, Gurugram, India.
The restaurant offers a culinary journey through Europe’s Mediterranean region, from Spain and Italy to Greece and Turkey, as reported by ET Hospitality World.com.

It aims to recreate the tradition of sharing meals and home-like hospitality.
The restaurant has a seating capacity of 65, including an outdoor area, and offers a large community table for group dining.
Its menu offers East Mediterranean dishes such as smoky Greek Chicken Skewers with sumac onions or the Vanilla Pistachio Phyllo dessert.
The Mezze selection includes Spicy Feta and Falafel, Spiced Grilled Chicken and dips such as Cucumber Tzatziki, Eggplant Mutabel and Ajika Muhammara.

House of Fio founder and managing director Vineet Wadhwa and creative director Vanshika Wadhwa said in a joint statement: “Fifteen years ago, we opened our first flagship in Delhi with the vision to celebrate life through food. The interior design of The Fio Table is intended to reflect the comfort of a living room, featuring warm tones, natural textures and greenery.
Greek-inspired textures and subtle Eastern Mediterranean elements mark the atmosphere.
Set to launch on 15 December 2024, the restaurant’s cocktails include feature drinks made with native Mediterranean ingredients such as pistachio, rose basil and fig, along with mocktails.
The House of FIO was founded in 2009 by Vineet Wadhwa. It includes brands such as the Fio Table, Fio Cookhouse and Dandy Fio Bar.
