TRAY, a provider of cloud-native enterprise-class point-of-sale (POS) systems, has joined forces with PrimePay to launch a unified platform.  

The unified platform integrates TRAY’s advanced POS system with PrimePay’s human capital management (HCM) platform, providing an end-to-end solution to restaurant operators for managing employee-related back-office operations. 

PrimePay is the first multi-unit HCM platform that provides complete 360-degree connectivity with TRAY.  

Restaurant operators can synchronise transaction data with PrimePay, eliminating manual data entry. This approach ensures real-time updates for tips, payroll, onboarding paperwork, compliance and employee compensation.  

TRAY chief technology officer Kevin Currier stated: “Integrating PrimePay’s platform with our POS helps reduce the complexity of what are often manual and time-intensive processes when reconciling data and information from two separate POS and HR software platforms.
