Vocelli Pizza has announced its expansion into the US state of Texas with the first restaurant there set to open in late 2025.
The new franchise agreement with entrepreneur Gary Nichols, who has 25 years of business experience and a passion for pizza, will introduce Vocelli’s offerings to the Texan market.

The upcoming Vocelli Pizza outlet will be located in a 16,000ft² travel centre in Fairfield, Texas, featuring a new, larger design conceptualised by Griha Designs & Engineering.
This location will offer dine-in, carryout and delivery options.
The expansion into Texas is part of plans to inaugurate ten additional US locations in 2025.
Vocelli Pizza CEO Toni Bianco stated: “Texas has been a key area of focus for our growth and we are thrilled to have Gary’s expertise spearheading the expansion into Texas. We’re looking forward to building on this momentum as we explore more opportunities for Vocelli across the US in 2025.”
Vocelli Pizza’s growth strategy includes targeting high-traffic areas such as malls, college campuses, airports and office buildings.
In 2024, the brand opened a restaurant at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Vocelli is also relaunching its popular Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza and Cheesesticks.
The Pepperoni Pizza features Vocelli’s red sauce, real mozzarella and both cupped crispy and sliced pepperoni.
The limited-time offering is available until 27 April 2025 at all Vocelli Pizza locations, with prices from $14.99.
Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Vocelli has more than 80 locations providing pizza and other Italian foods for carryout and delivery.
The company offers single and multi-unit development packages to qualified franchisees.
