US-based Waitr Holdings has announced the integration of the firm and its sister brand Bite Squad with restaurant online ordering management company Ordermark.
As part of the new streamlined service, orders can be placed on the Waitr or Bite Squad apps and will go straight to a single dashboard.
At partner restaurants, they can be printed directly through the Ordermark platform.
Improved operational efficiency enables restaurants to accept orders faster and is beneficial for restaurants and customers. It also results in shorter delivery times for their customers.
Waitr CEO and board chairman Carl Grimstad said: “The success of our restaurant partners is always our first priority. Our integration with Ordermark maximises order flow and optimises delivery efficiency and success.”
Additionally, restaurants will benefit from one universal order-receiving portal, instantly enhancing online menu management.

Ordermark CEO Alex Canter said: “Our mission is to help restaurants adapt to changing consumer behaviours and we’re thrilled to partner with Waitr, a huge player in the restaurant space.
“This partnership allows us to drive more orders and revenue for both our virtual restaurant and brick and mortar partners.”
Through Ordermark, restaurants and virtual kitchens will be able to aggregate mobile orders across all major online ordering service providers into a single dashboard and printer.
The company’s technology also helps restaurants increase efficiency and grow profits.
