Yogurtland has entered a three-year partnership with NCR Voyix to overhaul its point-of-sale (POS) system across 205 locations in the US.  

The collaboration will help Yogurtland streamline operations, improve customer service and drive digital engagement. 

The adoption of Aloha Cloud POS, supported by a back-of-house (BOH) application and the NCR Voyix commerce platform, marks a move towards modernising Yogurtland’s technology ecosystem.  

The initiative aims to achieve faster service, consistent menu offerings and increased loyalty conversions through both digital and on-premise channels.

Yogurtland’s previous technology providers presented challenges such as software and hardware stability issues, which diverted store managers’ attention from customer service.  

The new NCR Voyix solutions are set to address these concerns by offering improved stability, leading to enhanced guest experiences through quicker service and more intuitive cashier operations.

The partnership is expected to improve operational efficiency by leveraging the consistent stability of NCR Voyix’s software and hardware.  

Guest experience will be enhanced through the simplified cashier operations of NCR Voyix’s Aloha Cloud POS.  

Additionally, with access to real-time sales data and key metrics, Yogurtland will be equipped for data-driven decision-making. 

NCR Voyix’s enterprise commerce platform offers future-proof scaleability that caters to both front-of-house and back-of-house needs.  

This flexibility allows Yogurtland to maintain menu consistency, run promotions effectively and optimise marketing strategies.  

The platform also supports loyalty and growth initiatives by leveraging transactional and personalised data across various channels. 

In May 2024, NCR Voyix launched a new payment solution, Aloha Pay-At-Table, powered by Sunday, to streamline the dining experience by enabling guests to pay their bills using smartphones.
