US-based fast-casual restaurant chain Zaxbys has opened its first location in Las Vegas in the US state of Nevada.

The movie is part of the company’s national growth ambition, aiming to reach 1,000 stores during 2025.

The new Zaxbys is located at 5290 Blue Diamond Rd, and represents the brand’s commitment to bringing its popular menu items, such as crispy Chicken Fingerz and Zax Sauce, to the western US.

Owned and operated by Royce Chow and Jie Zhou of Zax Nevada, the Las Vegas Zaxbys spans 2,600ft² and seats 50 dine-in guests.

Zaxbys chief development officer Mike Mettler stated: “Zaxbys is thrilled to be working with Royce Chow and Zax Nevada LLC to open our first-ever Las Vegas location. Las Vegas is just the beginning of Zaxbys’ expansion plans as we aim to open our 1000th store in 2025. We are thrilled to continue to build relationships with new franchisee partners and bring Zaxbys to additional growing markets including Arizona, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Maryland and more.”

The restaurant features a drive-through for customers on the go.

The menu features fresh, prepared-to-order chicken dishes, including Chicken Fingerz and wings tossed in a selection of sauces, Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and fan favourite Pickles.

Customers can order through the Zaxbys app or opt for delivery via the app, DoorDash, GrubHub and UberEats.

Chow added: “We are excited to bring the first Zaxbys location to Las Vegas.

“We strive to deliver delicious Southern comfort food, great hospitality experiences, and build an organisation in the community that creates opportunities for people to live their highest potential.”

Zax Nevada plans more Zaxbys restaurants in Las Vegas in 2025.
