US-based fast casual restaurant chain Zaxby’s is set to open its third location in Cleveland, Tennessee, to further expand its network in the region.
Located at 425 Stuart Road NE, the new restaurant will open to the public on 20 November 2023 and will be operated by Cleveland Foods.

Cleveland Foods opened its first Zaxby’s restaurant in Cleveland, Tennessee, in 2000. The latest restaurant will be the franchisee’s third Zaxby’s location in the area.
In a statement, Cleveland Foods said: “We will bring 60 new jobs to the area and provide new team members with career advancement opportunities in a fast paced, friendly atmosphere.”
Zaxby’s new outlet will offer guests dine-in and drive-through services.
The 3,825ft² restaurant location will have a white farmhouse-style design, with a spacious dining area that can accommodate up to 70 guests.

Avants Management Group is a Zaxby’s licensee and operates 34 Zaxby’s restaurants in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
In September this year, Zaxby’s announced the opening of its first to-go-only restaurant concept in Griffin, Georgia.
The new Griffin venue will be operated by High Adventure Chicken, which is owned by partners Richard Schott, Korey Fredette and Jackson Collins.
