The company will acquire Amada's three locations in Philadelphia, Radnor and Atlantic City, and Village Whiskey's sole location in Philadelphia.
The revamped outlet will open on 6 August 2024 and can seat 40 diners.
The move will affect Foodora, Yemeksepeti and Foodpanda employees, with a workforce reduction of fewer than 200.
Total revenue soared 45.3% year-on-year to $155.69m.
The location at 11091 Old Goodman Road in Olive Branch is owned by Oxford Foods' Tom Scott.

The company opened 526 net new stores in the quarter, bringing its total count to 39,477 stores.
