India’s buffet restaurant chain Absolute Barbecues has expanded its culinary footprint with the launch of its first all-day dining restaurant, Fulfil, in Pune, TOI has reported.  

Situated in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar, the innovative venue merges a traditional buffet dining format with an à la carte menu, aiming to redefine the casual dining experience for its patrons. 

Fulfil restaurant is a contemporary space with a seating capacity of more than 100, open from 11:30am to 11:30pm daily. 

Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner buffets or choose from a carefully curated à la carte selection.  

The menu at Fulfil features a mix of signature dishes alongside exclusive new creations. 

Founder Prosenjit Roy Choudhury said: “We are thrilled to bring Fulfil to Pune, offering an all-day dining experience that celebrates culinary diversity and provides unparalleled value to our guests. We believe Fulfil will redefine casual dining, fulfilling every guest’s culinary cravings in an innovative and satisfying way.” 

The establishment caters to a wide range of dietary preferences at competitive prices, and plans to introduce delivery and takeaway services shortly to meet the evolving needs of consumers. 

The inauguration in Pune is a pilot project, with plans to roll out the concept to other cities, beginning with Bangalore.
