Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality (ABNAH), the hospitality arm of India-based Aditya Birla Group, has acquired a 100% stake in KA Hospitality.
With the acquisition of KA hospitality, ABNAH has added Hakkasan, Yauatcha, Nara Thai and CinCin restaurant brands to its portfolio.
Hakkasan is a Michelin-starred restaurant brand that offers Cantonese food. Yauatcha is a dim sum teahouse in London.
Nara Thai offers Thai cuisine. CinCin is an Italian brand designed to reflect the vibe and culture of the Italian “La Dolce Vita” lifestyle.
With this acquisition, ABNAH has added seven restaurants to its portfolio.
The companies have not disclosed the financial terms of the deal.
