Armani/Caffe has entered the Japanese market with a new outlet in Tokyo's prestigious Omotesando shopping district.

The premium café concept is part of Georgio Armani’s hospitality division, as reported by World Coffee Portal.

The new restaurant features traditional lanterns and a platinum-coloured façade, and offers its guests a selection of hot and iced Americanos, espressos and cappuccinos.

Armani/Caffe also presents a variety of classic Italian lunch dishes and desserts.

Since its launch in 2013, Armani/Caffe has been an integral part of the Armani hospitality portfolio, which includes Armani/Ristorante, Armani/Lounge and Armani/Deli.

The brand's hospitality ventures reflect extending the Armani experience beyond fashion.

The Milan-based fashion house first introduced Armani/Caffe in Cannes, France. The concept has since expanded globally, with locations in Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, the US and India.

In September 2023, Reliance Brands launched the first Armani/Caffè at Jio World Plaza in Mumbai. The café, situated next to the Giorgio Armani boutique, brought Michelin-starred Italian elegance to India’s financial and was the fifth Armani/Caffè worldwide, according to CNBC TV 18.

The Armani/Caffè menu at this outlet includes Italian classics, featuring some of designer Giorgio Armani’s personal favourites.

Dishes such as Carpaccio di Gamberi e Sedano Croccante and Pappa al Pomodoro e Burrata are part of the culinary offerings.

Armani entered the food and beverage industry in 1998 with the opening of a restaurant in Paris, according to the Armani website.

By 2024, it had more than 20 luxury restaurants, cafés and bars globally, including locations in Doha, Dubai and Milan.
