Azure Hospitality has announced the opening of a new Mamagoto location in Gurugram, Haryana, according to a report by ET Hospitality World.

Located at M3M International Centre Tower, Mamagoto offers a wide array of Pan-Asian fusion dishes inspired by street hawkers.

Its menu offerings include soups, salads, small plates, sushi, dim sums, signature bowls, noodles and rice dishes.

The new location features a distinctive decor theme, known as the 'energy box', and a menu that brings together street-style dishes with refined flavours.

Its offerings include fusion salads such as Gomai and Thai chicken with water chestnut.

Azure Hospitality’s culinary venture Mamagoto also offers guests grills and small plates with various options, including crispy lotus stem, basil cups, spring rolls, chicken wings and chilly lamb.

Guests can also choose from a dim sum selection that includes classic steamed gyozas and hargaos, available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

The restaurant’s sushi menu comprises maki, California rolls, salmon and tempura.

Mamagoto’s main course includes a variety of noodles and rice dishes in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Azure Hospitality added that Mamagoto's recipes are created following an extensive exploration across South Asia and integrating experiences and culinary experimentation.

Additionally, Mamagoto's Asian Cocktail Bar, Mama, serves mocktails, classic cocktails and various spirits, as well as fusion creations such as the Sake Bomb and the Matcha Mint Julep.

Analyzing the metaverse impact in the foodservice sector

The COVID-19 pandemic brought key IoT use cases to the attention of the T&T industry. However, beyond the use cases catalyzed by the pandemic, the digitalization enabled by IoT solutions provides T&T companies with four key benefits: enhanced operational efficiency, reduced costs, improved decision-making, and better customer experiences. IoT can even assist in the burden of overtourism and the preservation of heritage sites and physical environments. IoT is, therefore, an essential investment for travel and tourism companies in combatting climate change.
