US fast-casual chain Baja Fresh Mexican Grill has rolled out new $10 Baja Bundles, offering customers a trio of limited-time meal options that “fit their budget”. 

The new menu features the Street Taco Trio, the Poco Fuego Burrito and Dos Enchiladas Rojas.

The Street Taco Trio includes three soft corn tortillas filled with a choice of fire-grilled chicken, steak or carnitas, combined with an onion and cilantro [coriander] mix and a choice of hot or mild salsa, served with a lime wedge.  

The Poco Fuego Burrito is filled with fire-grilled chicken or carnitas, melted jack cheese, guacamole, black beans, hot salsa, pico de gallo, sliced jalapeños, lettuce, and sour cream, wrapped in a flour tortilla.  

Dos Enchiladas Rojas features two corn tortillas rolled with fire-grilled chicken and jack cheese, covered in red chile sauce and topped with more jack cheese, sour cream and cilantro. 

Baja Fresh vice-president of restaurant operations Logan Reves stated: "Baja Fresh is all about providing guests with high-quality, satisfying and affordable meal options, so we are pleased to offer our new $10 Baja Bundles nationwide for a limited time.”  

"Whether customers choose our bold street tacos, our hearty burrito or the popular enchiladas, each flavour-packed meal is complete with rice, beans, chips and a drink." 

Each bundle is complemented by a half order of Baja rice and a choice between black or pinto beans. 

The meals come with tortilla chips, fresh salsa from the salsa bar and a regular drink.  

The bundles are available at participating locations across the US until 21 April 2025. 

Baja Fresh is also promoting its Street Corn for $5.99.  

This dish features roasted corn seasoned with lime mayo, chili powder and cotija cheese, garnished with fresh cilantro. 

In July 2024, Baja Fresh Mexican Grill expanded its menu with two new Golden State Burritos, available in steak and chicken options.
