Benihana, the owner and operator of Japanese teppanyaki and sushi restaurants in the US, has bolstered its presence in Miami, Florida with the opening of Benihana RA Sushi Brickell.

Located at 54 SW 10th Street, Miami, the new fast-casual restaurant spans 1,280ft²  and provides dine-in, take-out and delivery services.

The Benihana RA Sushi Brickell venue will serve teppanyaki and sushi dishes.

Customers can place their orders through third-party delivery platforms such as UberEats, GrubHub and DoorDash and via Benihana's website.

Benihana is also planning to open Benihana RA Sushi Bayside in the Bayside Marketplace area of the city by mid-2024, and RA Sushi Plantation at Plantation Walk during the summer at 333 North University Drive.

The Plantation venue will span 3,800ft² and feature 34 tables, a full-service sushi bar and a dedicated area for take-out and delivery.

Benihana is also preparing to launch a new location in San Mateo, California, scheduled for late 2024 at 2204 Bridgepointe Parkway.

This establishment will offer 18 teppanyaki tables and a full-service sushi bar.

In September 2023, Benihana expanded its presence in the US with the opening of a new location in California.

The new location at the Promenade shopping mall in Temecula features a cocktail bar, a lounge, 21 teppanyaki tables and to-go collection and delivery.
