US-based fast-casual restaurant chain Blaze Pizza, known for its fast-fired artisan pizzas, has introduced two new menu items: the Hot Chicken Pickle Pizza and the Green Goddess Chop Salad.

Now available across the brand’s 300 outlets, the Fiery Hot Chicken Pickle Pizza comprises shredded mozzarella, seasoned chicken, fresh basil and pickles on a base of Blaze’s white sauce with a chili oil drizzle.

The Green Goddess Chop Salad combines romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, mushrooms, black olives, mozzarella cheese and oregano, topped with the brand's new Green Goddess Dressing.

The new additions can be enjoyed separately or combined as part of the Spicy & Fresh Combo for $14.99.

Blaze Pizza chief marketing officer Christian Kuhn said: “Blaze is well known in the restaurant space as a flavour trailblazer.

“This year, you’ll see us lean further into bold flavour innovations and fresh options, and these two new menu items represent that.”

Blaze customers can tailor their pizzas from a selection of more than 45 ingredients, including choices such as roasted garlic, artichokes, hand-torn basil and classic pepperoni. A plant-based chorizo is available at no additional cost.

In December 2024, Blaze Pizza entered a 25-unit expansion agreement with SoCal Blazers, a group led by franchise veterans Reza Medali, Mehdi Khosh and Ryan Khosh.

The agreement will extend the brand’s presence across key counties in Southern California such as Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange.
