Catering company Blue Apple has merged with CH&Co, an independent caterer and Royal Warrant holder in the UK.

The deal is part of CH&CO’s strategy to bolster its position in the marketplace and enhance its workplace portfolio.

Blue Apple will join CH&CO’s existing workplace businesses, Gather & Gather and Vacherin.

CH&CO CEO Bill Toner said: “A very warm welcome to the Blue Apple team. Brian Allanson and Ruston Toms have built a great business over the last 25 years and we’re delighted they are joining CH&CO.

As per the terms of the agreement, Blue Apple co-founders Brian Allanson and Ruston Toms will continue to manage the business and the brand.

With a workforce of nearly 300 and a turnover of £14m, Blue Apple has established its presence across the South East, home counties, Midlands and South West at 58 workplace locations.
