Bob Evans selects PAR Technology for customer loyalty solution

The loyalty platform will allow the restaurant chain to offer personalised promotions and rewards directly through its app.

American restaurant chain Bob Evans has selected PAR Technology’s loyalty and offer solution, PAR Punchh, to augment its customer engagement strategy.

The restaurant chain, which operates 437 stores across the US, will leverage the platform to bring a personal touch to dining experiences.

PAR Punchh will help Bob Evans strengthen customer relationships with tailored offers and rewards and significantly improve the way it interacts with its guests.

The loyalty platform will enable it to offer personalised promotions and rewards directly through its app.

These include family deals, value offers and streamlined online takeout options.

Bob Evans president and chief marketing officer Bob Holtcamp said: “At Bob Evans, we extend our hospitality well beyond the delicious dishes we serve. We want every guest to come into our restaurant and feel right at home, knowing we’ve considered their individual tastes and preferences.

PAR Punchh's AI-driven capabilities are also expected to significantly boost customer lifetime value for Bob Evans.

The technology will enable the restaurant chain to design targeted marketing campaigns and offers.

In December 2023, food delivery platform DoorDash partnered with ParTech to create a seamless ordering environment.

Through the partnership, PAR aims to expand its ecosystem with more than 500 integrations, and to optimise digital ordering and delivery operations across the country.
