Bright Hospitality has introduced its latest venture, IKK Panjab, in the Connaught Circle of New Delhi, India, reported ET Hospitality.

The inception of IKK Panjab was driven by Deepika and Rajan Sethi's desire to honour their father's enduring spirit and the cherished memories of pre-partition Punjab.

Rajan Sethi said: “IKK Panjab’s journey has always been about celebrating the rich culinary heritage of undivided Punjab, and Connaught Place, with its vibrant energy and cultural significance, is the perfect setting for our next chapter."

This restaurant’s carefully curated menu draws inspiration from the significant cities and towns of the historical region, each with its culinary story.

The new culinary destination is committed to introducing patrons to lesser-known dishes such as Sajji, a rarity in the conventional frontier cuisine found across Delhi.

Rajan Sethi added: “IKK Panjab is a brand that we hope to expand exponentially and in the immediate future, we see our vision growing faster than ever. With Connaught Place that has just opened doors the next three already in the pipeline we are set to launch Chandigarh, Golf Course Road (Gurugram) and Greater Kailash 2 within this quarter.

“We are eager to bring the true essence of Panjab to more diners across India so this is just the beginning as we plan to open ten more outlets in the upcoming financial year. Every new space will continue our mission of keeping Panjab's rich flavours and stories alive.”
