Brinker International partners with Ziosk to improve guest experiences

Ziosk's technology has been rolled out to 1,100 Chili's Grill & Bar locations.

Brinker International has partnered with Ziosk to enhance the dining experience at all corporate-owned Chili's Grill & Bar locations.

The collaboration aims to streamline operations, reduce wait times and increase guest frequency through the implementation of Ziosk's pay-at-the-table and restaurant ordering and payment platform.

Brinker chief supply chain officer James Butler said: “We are proud to partner with Ziosk and provide a solution designed to improve both the team member and guest experience at Chili’s.

Ziosk's technology has been rolled out to 1,100 Chili's locations, offering a simplified payment process and an overall enhanced guest experience.

Ziosk's pay-at-the-table solution streamlines bill payments, eliminating wait times and enhancing security. This efficient process boosts customer loyalty and participation in charity programmes while improving overall service.

The adoption of Ziosk's pay-at-the-table has seen a 90% uptake, proving to be a reliable method to empower guests and provide added convenience.

Additionally, Chili's is leveraging Ziosk's loyalty capabilities to boost guest engagement and enrolment in the My Chili's Rewards programme.

In addition to payment and loyalty features, guests at Chili's can enjoy premium games and entertainment provided by Ziosk, designed to foster conversations.

Ziosk also equips Chili's with AI-powered analytics from post-dining surveys and other interactive features.
