Bruxie, a casual dining restaurant known for its waffle sandwiches, is set to open new two locations in Los Angeles' college areas.  

The brand will launch one outlet at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)'s Westwood Village on 6 November 2024 and a second at The Shops at the University of Southern California (USC) Village on 13 November.  

The expansion aims to bring Bruxie's dining experience closer to students, locals, and visitors to LA's college communities.  

The new restaurants will offer signature waffle sandwiches, housemade shakes and chicken tenders in a warm and welcoming environment. 

Bruxie CEO Scott Grinstead said: "With eight thriving locations in the Southern California area already, we are thrilled to open two new two university-adjacent restaurants in the Los Angeles market.

Since its inception in Southern California in 2010, Bruxie has combined a friendly atmosphere and premium ingredients to provide a fast-casual dining concept and fresh, creatively prepared dishes. 

Sauces are prepared in-house daily, produce is freshly chopped and chicken undergoes a twenty-four-hour marinading process before being fried. 

Currently operating eleven restaurants in California and two in Georgia, the brand is focused on introducing its innovative dining experience to new communities as part of its growth strategy. 

In January 2024, Bruxie opened its 8th location in California with its Santa Barbara restaurant.
