Israeli hamburger chain Burger Ranch has awarded Omniq a contract to supply and install AI-based self-ordering and self-check-out kiosks.
The technology will streamline ordering and payment processes across over 64 Burger Ranch restaurants.
The partnership with Omniq is also expected to enhance customer experience at Burger Ranch’s outlets.
The purchase order includes the installation of kiosks that support cash transactions, a new feature that can facilitate a more efficient customer journey.
Omniq has already deployed 150 self-ordering kiosks across Burger Ranch outlets, improving operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
Omniq's fintech [the use of technology to deliver financial services and products] solutions for Burger Ranch's service delivery system will reduce wait times and cut down on labour and error-related costs.
