Mediterranean fast-casual dining chain CAVA has announced the nationwide launch of its new Garlic Ranch Pita Chips, marking the brand's foray into new flavours for its pita chips.

Starting 7 October 2024, the Garlic Ranch Pita Chips will join the original flavour on the menu.

CAVA noted that its new Garlic Ranch Pita Chips are seasoned with a unique Mediterranean-inspired blend, featuring onion, garlic, paprika, and CAVA's signature herb mix.

This new offering is designed to complement CAVA's array of dips and spreads or to be eaten on their own as a snack.

Alongside the pita chip launch, CAVA is expanding its menu with the introduction of the chef-curated Steak + Harissa Bowl.

This new dish includes Grilled Steak, a recent addition to CAVA's protein options, and is served on a base of SplendidGreens and Brown Rice.

It is topped with an array of fresh ingredients, including Crazy Feta, Red Pepper Hummus, Cabbage Slaw, Persian Cucumbers, Tomato + Onion, and Crumbled Feta, all finished with a Hot Harissa Vinaigrette.

The brand is also reviving the Pineapple Apple Mint juice, a previous customer favourite, adding to the excitement of the new menu rollouts.

CAVA co-founder and chief concept officer Ted Xenohristos said: “Our classic pita chips have a fervent following, so we wanted to give guests something new to crave and grounded in our Mediterranean roots.

“Customers love engaging with our pita chips on CAVA's social media channels, and we can't wait to see how they creatively show off our Garlic Ranch flavour in their original content.”

In June, CAVA launched Grilled Steak across all its stores in the US.

The new product is seasoned with Mediterranean spices such as sun-dried tomato and smoky Aleppo pepper.
