American fast casual chicken salad restaurant concept Chicken Salad Chick will open a new restaurant location in Greenville, North Carolina.

Set to open on 10 April 2024, the new venue will be the brand's 14th location in the state.

Located at 112 Redbanks Road, the Greenville venue will be led by franchise owners Chris Carnes and Ben Fields with operating partner Jonah Greenup.

The team behind the Greenville location also introduced the Chicken Salad Chick brand to Fayetteville in 2022 and is planning to open another outlet in Jacksonville in late spring 2024.

Chicken Salad Chick Greenville operating partner Jonah Greenup said: “Greenville's well-deserved reputation as a friendly, lively hub for work and play is a perfect match for Chicken Salad Chick's culture of service and hospitality.

“We look forward to catering area events, hosting lunch and dinner gatherings or supplying meals on the go and most of all, becoming a valued member of the community.”

Established in 2008 in Auburn, Alabama, Chicken Salad Chick now has more than 250 restaurants in 18 US states.

It offers chicken salad, fresh side salads, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches and desserts.

In February 2024 Chicken Salad Chick opened a new location in Columbia, South Carolina.

Located at 4840 Forest Drive in the Trenholm Plaza shopping centre, it was the brand’s third location in the market for owners Julie Beville and Michelle Singleton of Sing Bev Hospitality.

Sing Bev Hospitality has been expanding its Chicken Salad Chick portfolio since opening its first location in Greenville, South Carolina, in 2013.
