US-based organic juice and food bar franchise Clean Juice has announced the opening of its new store in Roseville, California.

Located at 4191 Thrive Drive, the store will be operated by the brand’s new franchisee, Fareed Ahmed.

The new store will offer guests the brand’s all-organic fresh and bottled juices, smoothies, wraps, salads, acai bowls and more.

Ahmed said: “Clean Juice product line is the industry's healthiest and best. I was impressed by how they aggressively source the highest quality ingredients, much of which comes from California farms.

“I immediately believed in this brand, its philosophy, its core pillars and the product offered to guests. I am proud to be a Clean Juice franchisee. I love the transparency of Clean Juice and it fits right in with the California mentality of healthy living.”

The brand was established in 2016 and now operates more than 200 store units.

In July this year, the brand expanded its US footprint by unveiling plans to open a new store in Austin, Texas.

The new store is located at 6611 S Mopec Expressway, Suite 600, in the William Cannon area across from Arbor Trails Plaza.

The Texas franchise will be owned by father-and-son franchisees Jeff and Ty Mobley and is said to be the first Clean Juice store in the city.

Customer engagement drives metaverse investment in the foodservice sector

COVID-19 and supply chain disruptions following the Ukraine war have accelerated automation and digitalization in the foodservice sector. Home delivery services and consumer engagement through digital channels have become essential for businesses trying to stay afloat. Foodservice companies must also cope with ESG issues, the fast-changing world of work, and the global economy heading for recession and possible stagflation. The metaverse, enabled by both AR and VR, is an important tool that can help address many of the foodservice industry's key challenges.
