UK’s Costa Coffee has announced the reopening of its Exeter High Street store with a modernised design and new digital enhancements.

The store now boasts a touch screen ordering system, a revamped counter, and contemporary seating options, aimed at enhancing customer experience.

The Exeter location has been redesigned to reflect local influences, incorporating artwork inspired by the area.

In addition to aesthetic upgrades, the store introduces a dedicated collection point for on-the-go customers.

The menu at the Exeter High Street store now includes an expanded bakery selection, featuring items such as Cheese Twists and Pain au Chocolat.

For those working remotely or meeting friends, the store has added more charging points across the venue.

The brand highlighted that customers have the option to place orders through the Costa Club App or through Costa Coffee’s delivery partners.

Costa Coffee area manager Ollie Pitt said: “We’re delighted to unveil a new way to Costa at our refreshed store on Exeter High Street.

“With convenient ordering, a new bakery range, and a fresh interior, the uplifted Exeter store brings a modern and comfortable space to the high street for the local community to enjoy.”

Earlier in August 2024, Costa Coffee opened its renovated Meadowhall Drive-Thru on Vulcan Road in Sheffield, UK, with the intention of providing a modernised coffee experience.

The renovated store features touchscreen ordering and a designated collection area for customers on the move, alongside the traditional counter service and seating space.
