UK’s Costa Coffee has re-opened its Wigmore Street store in London following a significant refurbishment.
The redesigned store now offers an enhanced coffee experience, complete with technological upgrades and a modernised interior.
The revamp included the introduction of touchscreen ordering, aimed at providing a seamless and expedited service for customers.
The new ordering method complements the store's refreshed counter and contemporary seating arrangements, catering to both quick visits and longer, relaxed stays.
The store has also established a dedicated collection point for those in a rush.
The bakery selection has been expanded and now offers items such as Cheese Twists and Pains au Chocolat.
The Wigmore Street location also displays locally inspired artwork and an increased number of charging points, enhancing its appeal as a comfortable space for lunch breaks or remote working.
Customers who want to experience Costa Coffee's products at home can use the Costa Club app or choose delivery through Costa Coffee's partners.
Costa Coffee area manager Armend Xhema said: “We’re thrilled to unveil a new way to Costa at our refreshed Wigmore Street store in London.
“With convenient ordering options, a new bakery selection and a modern interior, we look forward to welcoming the community back to our store with new ways to order and fresh spaces to enjoy.”
In August 2024, Costa Coffee reopened its renovated store in Billericay, Essex, England.
The updated location features a range of new features such as touchscreen ordering, a dedicated collection point and a refreshed interior to improve the overall customer experience.
