American restaurant chain Cracker Barrel Old Country Store has launched a range of new meal offerings for Easter 2024, designed to provide guests with a home-cooked meal experience during the festive season.
Cracker Barrel culinary vice-president Thomas Yun said: “This Easter, let Cracker Barrel do the homestyle cooking.
“With our convenient Heat n' Serve meals, you can enjoy the same delicious, quality meal experience you expect from Cracker Barrel, but around your table with friends and family.”
Heat n' Serve meals are fully prepared dinners that can serve up to ten guests, complete with protein, sides, bread and dessert.
Among the new items catering to both brunch and dinner preferences are the Hot n' Ready Easter Ham and Turkey Family Dinner and the Heat n' Serve French Toast Bake.
The Heat n' Serve French Toast Bake, starting at $19.99, can be ordered for Easter brunch and serves up to six people.
It features thick-cut country bread soaked in vanilla custard, layered with cheesecake filling, baked and finished with powdered sugar and sprinkles.
For those opting to dine in-store, Cracker Barrel launched the Fresh Berry French Toast Bake. This dish has a French toast base topped with strawberries, blueberries, whipped cream and powdered sugar, accompanied by strawberry syrup and a choice of bacon or sausage.
The Hot n' Ready Easter Ham and Turkey Family Dinner is priced at $99.99 and serves four to six people.
It features thick-sliced, sugar-cured ham, turkey and gravy, mashed potatoes with roasted gravy and country-style green beans. It is served with Cracker Barrel's signature mac n' cheese, dinner rolls and an apple streusel pie for dessert.
Returning dishes for the season start at $109.99 and feature the Easter Heat n' Serve Ham Family Dinner and Feast and the Prime Rib Family Dinner.
Until 5 May 2024, guests can order seasonal menu additions bringing a variety of choices.
These include Golden Carolina BBQ Chicken Tenders, now available for dine-in, and beverages such as the Sweet Cherry Spritzer and Country Cherry Lemonade, with a half-gallon to-go option that pairs with an Easter meal.
In July 2023, Cracker Barrel's board of directors appointed Julie Felss Masino as the new CEO and president, succeeding Sandra B Cochran.
Masino's leadership will be instrumental in steering the company's festive and seasonal offerings.
