Crave Hot Dogs and BBQ, a US-based speciality hot dogs and barbecue chain, is expanding its footprint across the US with locations inside Walmart stores. 

The company's diverse menu features "100% all beef grilled speciality hot dogs" and barbecue options such as Chicago Dogs, Mac N Brisket Bowls and ribs.

Crave claims to be popular not only for food but also for local craft beers on tap and in-store activities such as axe-throwing, trivia and karaoke.” 

Beyond traditional storefronts, Crave's food trucks can be found at special events and entertainment venues.  

This flexibility has allowed the brand to cater to a broader audience and adapt to different market needs. 

The lease agreement with Walmart signals an important growth phase for Crave.  

Locations currently under development or open are in Ohio, Florida and Kentucky. Additional additional builds are planned for New York, Georgia and Texas by the end of 2025. 

Franchisees are offered a choice of traditional bricks-and-mortar units, express units within large retailers such as Walmart, and mobile food trucks.  

Crave Hot Dogs and BBQ chief executive officer and co-founder Samantha Rincione shared her enthusiasm about the collaboration with Walmart and the opportunity to explore new markets. 

In September 2024, Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ announced the launch of an express unit inside the Walmart Supercenter at New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
