DPC Dash, a master franchisee of Domino’s Pizza in China, Hong Kong and Macau, has announced that it is expanding the brand’s footprint across China.
The company has recently opened a new store in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province.
In June 2023, DPC Dash announced that it had increased its store count to 656 in China. Thanks to an efficient economic model, it has been able to create a strong store network and passed the 700th store mark in September 2023.
As of 30 September 2023, DPC Dash was directly operating 716 stores across 21 cities on China's mainland.
DPC Dash executive director and CEO Aileen Wang stated: “We're pleased to see our high-quality growth and expansion in China.
“The China pizza market is large and fast-growing, offering us a significant market opportunity with significant whitespace for DPC Dash's continued and rapid growth.”
DPC Dash noted that it will continue with its business model, combining the globally recognised Domino's playbook with its knowledge of the Chinese market.
The company states that by customising its core features for Chinese customers, it has improved upon Domino's existing business model.
The customised business model focuses on serving pizzas through online channels, with an emphasis on delivery enhanced by technology.
