DPC Dash, exclusive master franchisee of Domino’s Pizza in China, has opened ten new stores across eight mainland cities.

The new stores, which opened between 23 and 24 December, are located in Tangshan, Changsha, Yangzhou, Xi’an, Xiamen, and Hefei, with two stores each in Fuzhou and Nantong.

The company noted that the recently opened stores in Xi'an and Changsha have set single-day sales records among DPC Dash stores in the country.

DPC Dash aims to provide Chinese consumers affordable pizzas through online channels, with a focus on delivery and technology enhancements.

It has opened a total of 175 stores this year, and it directly operates 761 stores across 29 cities in the country as of 26 December.

DPC Dash director and CEO Aileen Wang said: “We are thrilled for the new store openings and DPC Dash’s expansion to eight more new cities. This expansion represents an exciting milestone for our company as we bring our exceptional food and outstanding service to new communities.

“It is encouraging to witness the overwhelming passion and enthusiasm our valued customers have shown for our food and brand as we expand into new cities. Our expansion in China is on the right track, and we continue to strengthen our development capabilities in regard to both menu and technology.”

This comes after DCP Dash announced the opening of two stores in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province last month.

In October this year, the company also opened its 700th location in Wenzhou.
