US-based restaurant chain Early Bird Brunch is set to open a new branch in West Omaha, Nebraska, on 7 October 2024.

The establishment marks the seventh addition to the brand's portfolio, which includes other locations across Nebraska and the upcoming three in Des Moines, Iowa.

The West Omaha venue will continue the Early Bird Brunch menu offering, featuring breakfast starters and innovative takes on classic dishes.

Customers can also enjoy unique brunch cocktails, each with a creative moniker that adds to the dining experience.

The restaurant has been serving its signature brunch since 2019.

The Early Bird Brunch team stated: “We are thrilled to be opening our newest location in West Omaha.

“We have been overwhelmed by the positive response to our other locations and can't wait to bring our modern brunch concept to even more customers.

“We believe that our vibrant and indulgent menu, paired with our friendly and welcoming atmosphere, will be a hit with the West Omaha community.”

In September 2023, a brunch concept called eggspectation announced plans for a new location in Columbia, Maryland in the summer of 2024.

eggspectation already operates two locations in Gambrills, Maryland, and Richmond, Virginia, both owned by 7 Star Hospitality.

The restaurant brand noted that its Columbia restaurant will feature a modern design and serve a mix of classic favourites and creative global flavours.
