Brunch restaurant eggspectation to open new restaurant in Maryland, US

The new restaurant in Columbia is slated to open in summer of 2024.

Brunch restaurant concept eggspectation planning to further bolster its presence in the US by opening a new outlet in Columbia, Maryland.

The restaurant is slated to commence operations in the summer of 2024.

eggspectation currently operates two locations in Gambrills, Maryland; and Richmond, Virginia, both owned by 7 Star Hospitality.

7 Star Hospitality partner Abhik Patel said: “We are thrilled to bring eggspectation to Columbia. With our successful track record in Gambrills and Richmond, we are confident that this new location will become a cherished destination for local residents and visitors alike.

“Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service, memorable dining experiences, and a culinary adventure that will leave our guests coming back for more.”

In addition to exceptional cuisine, eggspectation’s stated that its Columbia restaurant will feature modern design elements and comfortable seating arrangements for its guests.

It added that the new venue will offer its guests a combination of traditional favourites and innovative global flavours.

In addition to Columbia, eggspectation will be opening its new location in Charlotte, North Carolina, later this year, as well as in Nashville, Tennessee, in early 2024.

Established in Montreal, Canada, eggspectation currently has restaurants in Canada, Dubai, Egypt, Pakistan, Qatar, and the US.
