Drive-through speciality coffee brand Ellianos Coffee has announced its expansion into Tennessee with a new store development agreement in Murfreesboro.

The move indicates the brand's growth as it expands into its fifth US state, highlighting its increasing prominence in the speciality coffee market.

Founded in 2002, Ellianos Coffee operates 56 stores primarily in southern Georgia and northern Florida.

The brand's expansion has also reached Alabama and includes a store in development in North Carolina.

Ellianos Coffee offers a diverse menu featuring fruit smoothies, Red Bull Rushes, teas and shakes for customers seeking alternatives to coffee.

Its signature drinks, such as the Caffe Dolce Latte and iced Tuscany Toffee Latte, are part of its range of beverages, smoothies and food items.

Ellianos offers Southern grit bowls, New York-style bagels and breakfast sandwiches.

In 2023/24, the brand has experienced notable expansion in Florida and Georgia, while also offering franchise opportunities in Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina.

In September 2024, it signed a development agreement to open four new stores in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.

Ellianos Coffee has already established its presence in other areas of the state, including Orlando and the central region.

Ellianos’ expansion into the Tampa metropolitan area aligns with its growth strategy in other parts of Florida and the Jacksonville area, where it currently operates eight stores.
