Singapore-based Elsie's Kitchen has officially announced its Christmas 2024 catering menu to elevate holiday celebrations.  

Available for pre-order from 1 November 2024, the holiday menu is inspired by the spirit of giving and has options for different tastes and preferences. 

For those looking forward to holiday meal planning, Elsie's Kitchen presents an array of festive options, with classics such as Herb Roasted Whole Turkey and new creations such as Specialty Laksa-gna. 

The company is also offering five Christmas buffet options, each featuring dishes designed to satisfy diverse palates.  

Highlights include Lemon Thyme Roasted Chicken Thigh and a 12-Hour Slow-Cooked Vietnamese Turkey Consommé.  

To complete the feast, there are desserts such as Vietnamese Coffee Ground Log Cake and Matcha White Chocolate Croissant Penyet. 

Attendees of the recent Christmas Express Event at Singapore's Galaxis business park were able to sample Elsie's Kitchen's halal seasonal offerings, which included Roasted Cauliflower with Thai Chilli Lime dressing and Baked Prawn with Creamy Cajun Sauce.
