Em Sherif Café has forayed into the Jordanian market by opening its first location in Amman, Zawya has reported.
The new Café will be located in the Al Abdali area and offer guests Lebanese cuisine and hospitality.
Its menu offerings include traditional Lebanese, including hummus, tabbouleh, fattoush, mloukhiyeh bil zeit and batata harra.
The restaurant's main course will feature items such as Shawarma Lahme, Shawarma Djeij, Mashewe Mixed Grills and sandwiches such as Arayes Kafta and Asbit Djeij.
Em Sherif will also offer a wide array of desserts, including Riz Bi Halib, Meghli, Aysh Al Saraya and Maamoul Jibneh.
With a capacity to accommodate 164 guests, the new venue also features a bar that offers a wide range of beverages to complement the menu offerings.
Em Sherif’s kitchen will be led by chef Mireille Hayek and chef Yasmina Hayek, who will serve home-cooked recipes.
Em Sherif Café is part of the Em Sherif Restaurant Group, which currently operates 20 restaurants across 13 locations.
Its restaurants are located in Kuwait at Palms Hotel, Al Maha Island in Doha, Qatar, and the Four Seasons Hotel in Damascus, Syria.
Em Sherif also operates restaurants at the Hotel de Paris in Monaco and the Harrods department store in London.
The new Em Sherif Café in Jordan will join its existing locations at Manzil Downtown by Vida in Dubai, and West Bay in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
